Welcome to The Orenda Project!

5 Tenets of Trauma Coaching
Module two defines the underlying tenets behind Orenda trauma coaching. You will learn how to apply the principles of Growth after Trauma, Finding Purpose, Authenticity, Self-Agency, and Community & Connection to your work with clients.
Application of Principles & Skill Building
Module three introduces an entire menu of skills you can use to work with your clients. Worksheets and other prompts are included in this module, as well as throughout other parts of the course. We will return to the tenets of our coaching program here and practice applying them to skill development. We also discuss how to integrate Coaching + Psychotherapy as a new way of delivering mental health care.
The Nuts & Bolts of Coaching Building
In module four, we will discuss The Coaching Relationship from beginning to end. Will will learn how to conduct a coaching intake, how to develop a coaching plan, how to work in adjunct with psychotherapy, how to develop goals and measure progress.
Ethics of Trauma Coaching Building
In module five, we will learn Orenda’s Code of Ethics, which was created to help provide professional guidance in navigating the coaching relationship. Conflicts of interest, cultural humility, privacy, private conduct, self-care, and scope of practice are only some of the areas we will touch upon in this module. Orenda strives to work alongside other coaching trainings to set the standard for ethical coaching.
